These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Brilliant Software Ltd ("Brilliant", "we", "our", or "us") governing your use of entouraj, our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid features may require an active subscription purchased through the App Store or another payment provider.
• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the rules of the payment platform you used.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Services.
• Use automated methods to access the Services in a way that exceeds reasonable or documented limits.

4. AI Output and User Responsibility

• The Services may generate AI-assisted outputs that can be incomplete or inaccurate.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
• The Services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

5. Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content only as needed to provide and improve the Services.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit content and that it does not violate applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, and design elements, are owned by Brilliant or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for permitted use under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and websites. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated, if required by law, or to protect users, systems, or third parties.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brilliant and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brilliant and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Brilliant Software Ltd, excluding conflict of law rules. You and Brilliant agree to resolve disputes in the courts with competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
